Warranty Info

One Year Limited Warranty

  • All lights come with a One Year Limited Repair or Replacement Warranty.
  • If your light fails due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will repair it or replace it at no charge to you.
  • We require a picture which shows the light has malfunctioned (LEDs not working).  If a picture does not show a obvious  problem, it will have to be returned to us for repair or replacement.  Please contact us at 785-621-2646 for a Return Authorization Number.

Warranty is limited to the following guidelines:

      • We Require Reasonable Proof of Purchase. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you retain your sales receipt or invoice. If you purchase the light directly from us, we will have record of the purchase. However, if you purchase the light from a dealer you will need to keep your receipt.

      • This warranty does not cover cut or damaged power-cords

      • This warranty does not cover damage caused by barnacles, clams or other underwater marine life. Underwater lights must be removed and cleaned on a regular basis to prevent damage. Barnacles and clams  will eventually destroy any underwater light if not properly maintained.

      • This warranty does not cover broken glass unless the glass was damaged during shipping.

      • This warranty does not cover surface scratches or weathering as this is considered normal wear.

      • This warranty does not cover lights damaged by hurricane force winds and rains, or other weather related incidents.

      • This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is not transferable or assignable to subsequent purchasers.

      • In some cases, lights that are not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate.  Customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with products returned that are no longer covered under warranty.
