Returns and Cancellations Policy
AlumiGlo Lighting takes great pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return your unused merchandise within 30 days. (Return time for Christmas Gifts will be extended until January 31st. Lights must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for return).
Please read and note the return exceptions below and follow the return process as shown:
Notice: We cannot resell lights that have been used or mounted, so please be sure and check the light to your satisfaction before mounting it or putting it into the water. We cannot accept returns on any items that have been used in any way. If you return an item that has been used, is scratched or damaged in any way, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
Call the AlumiGlo Lighting customer service line at 785-621-2646 to request a Return Authorization Number (RA). Return Authorization Numbers are valid for 30-days from the date of issue. Items returned without an approved RA cannot be accepted and will not be issued a refund or exchange.
Securely pack merchandise for shipment. It is suggested that you use new packaging that will help guarantee the protection of your merchandise during transit.
A proof of purchase is required. Please include a copy of your original receipt, invoice, or packing slip with your return shipment.
Largely and clearly mark your Return Authorization Number on your box.

Refunds will be made to the original purchaser only and are subject to a 10% restocking fee based on the total order amount.
Notice: We can NOT re-sell lights that have been used in anyway, so please be sure and check the light to your satisfaction before putting it into the water. As per our Return Policy, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund which covers a non-refundable credit card processing fee of 4% which we are charged for all transactions. These fees are not refunded to us when the item is returned and refunded. While our maximum flat rate shipping fee is $13.75, many orders cost us much more to ship. When any item is returned to us it must be opened, checked and then repackaged to make sure it is still in new, operational condition. Increased shipping costs, credit card fees, and higher wages now being paid make it impossible for us to accept returns without a restocking fee.
If it is deemed that AlumiGlo Lighting is responsible for return shipping, a call-tag will be issued. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return postage.
AlumiGlo Lighting highly recommends using a shipping service that offers insurance and a tracking feature as we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged goods.
Once an order has been placed, you may cancel your order for any reason up until the time it has shipped. Most orders ship within 24 hours of them being placed, so be sure to contact us immediately. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, and you will have to return your product for a refund.
Unfortunately, credit card companies and PayPal no longer refund the 4% credit card processing fee back to us when we issue a refund. For this reason, once an order has been placed, we can only refund the purchase amount, less the 4% credit card processing fee we are charged.
