Return Policy
We are committed to your satisfaction!
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it (see
exceptions below). If you would prefer to speak with Customer Service before deciding to
return or exchange your purchase, please call 1-785-259-1343, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (CST)
Monday through Friday.
We offer a Limited One Year Warranty on all Magnum and AquaStar lights. If your product is
defective we will replace it as soon as possible and happily pay all shipping costs to and from
your location.
If you change your mind and wish to return your purchase, we will be happy to accept your
return. We will credit your purchase, less shipping and handling. Returns made within 7
days of receipt will not be charged a restocking fee. All other returns will carry a restocking
fee of $10. All returns must be in like new condition, in original packaging, with instructions
and accessories.
A Return Authorization number is mandatory for all returns. Contact Us for a Return
Authorization Number prior to shipping any item back to us. We will refund shipping costs
only if the shipment is our error (wrong item shipped, shipping damage).
Credit will be issued after our returns department receives and processes your return.
Credit may take up to 2 billing cycles to be reflected on your statement.
