We are committed to your satisfaction!
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and it has not been used, you may return it within
30 days for a full refund.
We can NOT resale lights that have been removed from their packaging or used in anyway.
However, if you are not satisfied with your light after using it, contact us and we'll work out an
agreeable solution...guaranteed!
We offer a Limited One Year Warranty on all Magnum and AquaStar lights. If your product is
defective we will replace it and happily pay all shipping costs to and from your location.
If you change your mind and wish to return your purchase, we will be happy to accept your
return up to 30 days from the original purchase date. We will credit your purchase, less our
original shipping fees.
A Return Authorization number is mandatory for all returns. Contact Us prior to shipping
any item back to us. We will refund shipping costs only if the shipment is our error (wrong
item shipped, shipping damage...etc..).
Credit will be issued after our returns department receives and processes your return.
Credit may take up to 2 billing cycles to be reflected on your statement.
